Driver profiles hold license & expiry, certificates, background checks, medical records and availability. Transport staff include conductors, assistants, supervisors and inspectors.

Routes & stops

• Unlimited routes, each with distance, estimated duration, GPS path, an assigned bus and driver.
• Each bus stop stores GPS coordinates, address, radius, assigned students and arrival time.
• Students are assigned a route, bus, seat, pickup and drop stops and a schedule.

AI route optimizer

AI optimizes routes for fuel, distance, traffic, weather and road closures, and can regenerate routes each morning. Transport fees flow into Finance as another fee category.
