A centralized Payment Service that every billable module uses — no module implements its own payment logic.
Tuition, transport, exams, canteen and any other billable activity route through one Payment Service. It supports multiple providers behind a single business flow, with idempotent confirmation, signed webhooks, receipts and a full audit trail.

Institutions enable or disable specific gateways. Every confirmed payment updates the corresponding module automatically and keeps financial reports in sync.
