Salary profiles

Each employee (staff or teacher) has a salary profile: employee type (permanent, contract, temp, consultant), pay type (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly), base rate, currency, and contribution & tax rates.

Generate payslips

Generate a payslip for a period with itemised lines (allowances, bonuses, overtime, deductions, advances). The engine computes the full breakdown — base, gross, social contributions, taxable base, income tax, deductions and net — and is extensible per country.

Approve, pay & self-service

• Admins/accountants approve and pay payslips (bank transfer, cash, Stripe, CinetPay, Djamo).
• Employees and teachers see only their own payslips under Finance → My payslips, with a print-friendly view.
