Roles & permissions

Role-based access control with tailored dashboards per role.

Teachers, students and parents never see the administration menus (Management, Academic admin, Finance, Operations, System) — those are reserved for Super Admin and School Admin. Each restricted role gets its own sidebar:

Teacher — courses, classes, subjects, grades, documents, library, portal and AI generation tools.
Student — timetable, grades, documents, library, internships, payments, portal.
Parent — lists each child, switches between them, and reviews the child's full record (grades, documents, payments, report cards, certificates).

Writes are role-gated server-side, so hiding a menu is defense-in-depth rather than the only control.
