Quickstart
Set up your institution and reach a working dashboard in a few steps.
1. Create your institution
A Super Admin creates the institution, its establishment models (e.g. General, Technical, Vocational) and its academic years. These three values form the active working context selected from the top bar.
2. Pick the working context
From the top navigation, choose the institution, model and academic year. Everything you see and create is scoped to that context. Users only see the establishments they are linked to.
3. Build the academic structure
- 1Super Admin defines reusable levels (CP1, CE1, 6ème, Terminale, BTS…) in the global referential.
- 2Create classes from those levels (e.g.
CP1 A,2nde Technique A). - 3Add buildings and rooms (with capacity and type), and subjects.
- 4Enroll students and add teachers and staff.
4. Generate the timetable
Configure pedagogical constraints, then let the AI Timetable Engine produce optimized, conflict-free schedules.
